If the page says “Not Found”, please allow 24–72 hours after dispatch for tracking scans to appear.


🛍 How to Find Your Tracking Number

You can find your tracking information:

  • In your shipment confirmation email

  • In your PickNshipss account → Orders

  • By contacting us with your Order ID

If you lost your tracking number, we will gladly resend it.


🚚 Order Status Guide

Status What It Means
Order Confirmed We received your order — processing payment & product availability
Processing Packaging and preparing your shipment
Shipped Your tracking number is active and the package is in transit
In Transit Package is moving through logistics checkpoints
Out for Delivery Your package is arriving today
Delivered The carrier delivered your package

⏱ Estimated Delivery Time

  • Canada & USA: 5–15 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

  • Remote areas may take additional days due to customs or carrier delays.

✦ Wholesale orders may require longer packaging time depending on quantity.


❓ Tracking Not Updating?

Sometimes carriers take a few days to scan and update the tracking history.

Please allow:

  • 3–7 days for first tracking movement update

  • Up to 45 days max delivery timeframe (depending on location)

If your tracking hasn’t updated for more than 10 days, contact us and we will investigate.
